I believe it can solve your problem about Google´s Sitemap.
1) Copy your feed URL
ex: http://mywonderfulblog.wordpress.com/feed/
2) Cut the last “/”:
http://mywondefulblog.wordpress.com/feed
On Google Webmaster Tools:
3) Add Sitemap
4) Choose type > Add General Web Sitemap
5) My Sitemap URL is:
http://mywonderfulblog.wordpress.com/feed
6) Click Add Web Sitemap
That´s it! It works for me.
Obs: Thanks, Engtech.

Perfect! I was just trying to figure out how to create a sitemap for my two blogs and figured I might not be able to do it, based on Google instructions.

The rss feed of your blog will be the sitemap. If you leave out the feed it will not work.

what is the difference between using the “feed/” at the end of the blog url and not using it?
wouldn’t it be better just to put: “http://blogname.wordpress.com” and leave out the “feed”?
I guess what I’m asking is what is the point of the “feed/”?
thanks!
